ORDER & PAYMENT
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.
Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service on +1 646 203 7371 or via our Contact Us form and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.
You have 14 days to notify us of any issues with your order.
You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Returns information.
At Lofidia, we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. Lofidia employs trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data.
All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Shopify Payments. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Shopify Payments are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof. Shopify Payments is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant.
No worries — we’ve got it covered! We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which means all taxes and duties are already taken care of before your order arrives. You won’t have to pay any extra fees upon delivery.
Gift wrapping is available for $5 (per order). Simply tick the Gift Wrapping box in your shopping bag, where you can also add a personal message.

Shipping Charges
We keep things simple:
- Free Shipping: Get free standard shipping on orders over $99.
- Flat Fee Shipping: If your order is under $99, a flat fee of $8 applies.
- For orders outside the U.S., we take care of all extra costs, including duties, taxes, and fees.
Delivery Times
We aim to get your items to you quickly:
- Within the U.S.: Expect delivery in about 7-10 business days.
- International: Delivery usually takes between 7-15 business days, depending on your location.

WARRANTY AND CARE
Always store your jewellery pieces individually, preferably in your Lofidia soft-lined box or pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Your gold vermeil and silver jewellery should be kept in a dark, cool and dry place.
All our Lofidia sterling silver jewellery is rhodium plated which protects the silver from exposure and helps reduce long-term tarnishing.
We offer two-year warranty on all our jewellery. Manufacturing defects like breakage or tarnishing are covered in this time and we're committed to replacing these quickly and at no cost. Contact us If you have any questions about warranty and what is covered.
